After years in the Israeli security field, former commanders Yossi and Eyal decided to take on a new challenge. 

They created HOTKOR — a space that brings together fitness and recovery, with classes that build strength and tools that help the body reset.

(Kor means “cold” in Hebrew, a reference to the cold plunge experience at the center of the studio.) 

HOTKOR is also about people. Yossi and Eyal wanted to build a place where everyone feels welcome and part of a team — no pressure, no ego, just real effort and mutual support. 

Now, they’re bringing that idea to life in West Palm Beach, Florida.
